I cannot change any of the text, elements, pictures or logo on the first page

I cannot change any of the text, elements, pictures or logo on the first page of any Digrand theme demo. Why is this? How can I customize it?

You can find theme options at the “Appearance” -> “Theme Options” page. om the admin menu.
